- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their cabana experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to kitchen and bar
- Serve beverages, cocktails, and light refreshments with professionalism
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage offerings
- Ensure cabana areas remain clean, organized, and well stocked
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
- Process payments accurately using point of sale systems and handle cash transactions
- Manage multiple tables and guests simultaneously while maintaining service quality
- Follow all health, safety, and food service protocols and standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Requirements
- Responsibility to cooperate and comply with OSH instructions and safe working procedures
- Take reasonable care for health and safety of self, environment, and others
- Report all near miss/hazard/unsafe conditions or acts
- Use appropriate PPE and safety systems

- Manage multiple tables and guests simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
- Follow all health, safety, and food service protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Responsibility to cooperate and comply with OSH instructions and safe working procedures.
- Take reasonable care for health and safety of self, environment, and others.
- Do not adversely interfere with anything provided for OSH.
- Do not interfere adversely with anything in place to control OSH risks.
- Cooperate with organization with respect to OSH requirements.
- Follow OSHMS procedures as applicable.
- Raise identified OSH issues with designated persons and take part in OSH consultative arrangements.
- Report all near miss/hazard/unsafe conditions or acts.
- Use appropriate PPE and safety systems.
- Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Attend OSH training as required.
- Maintain all OSHMS records as required.
