- Act as a liaison between the guests and various departments within the hotel, such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage
- Assist departments with any basic tasks or requirements that may arise during a guest's stay
- Arrange transportation, make restaurant reservations, or organize special events
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Positive attitude and good communication skills, with excellent grooming standards
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations and ability to work on your own
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion
- Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in the English language

The Role of the Butler
- The role of a Butler is of utmost importance when it comes to providing exceptional guest service.
- A Butler not only responds to a wide variety of guest requests, but also goes above and beyond by accurately assessing the needs and preferences of each individual guest.
- Their main responsibility is to ensure maximum guest satisfaction by adding personal recommendations and touches.
- The Butler acts as a liaison between the guests and various departments within the hotel.
- Whether it's arranging transportation, making restaurant reservations, or organizing special events, the Butler takes on these responsibilities with ease and professionalism.
Knowledge and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry.
