Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will provide technical and functional support for related business systems.
- The role will support system enhancements, integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and user support while ensuring the continued delivery of critical institutional services.
- The successful candidate will maintain confidentiality compliance and follow all internal and governmental regulations regarding data management.
- Highly motivated individual with strong work ethic, leadership skills and a desire to achieve organizational success.
- Demonstrates excellent time management, attention to detail, analytical thinking, decision making, ability to analyze data and reporting techniques.
- A proactive can do attitude to work, collaborative working and teamwork is essential.
- Commitment to service excellence, environmental analyses and benchmarking along with positive relationship building and effective working relationships across all levels of the organizations is desirable.
Qualifications
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 Years Of Relevant Experience Related Field
- Language: Fluency in written and spoken English language required
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic language preferred
