Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain and troubleshoot functional modules of Campus Solutions/HCM/Finance within ERP Systems
- Support analysis, design, construction, implementation and documentation of IT applications
- Conduct requirements analysis of business requirements and document them
- Develop procedures to ensure integrity of ERP system and databases
- Ensure ITIL standards and data management regulations are met
- Assign appropriate access systems to users
- Define user needs and develop data processing solutions
- Develop and implement project plans for ERP functional support tasks
- Troubleshoot application software and database problems
- Prepare reports documenting ERP system and monitor compliance with ITIL standards
- Design and deliver training materials for UDST ERP system
- Maintain up to date knowledge with UDST mandated programming languages and emerging IT trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT or related field
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic preferred
