Role Overview
Work as a Business Systems Analyst on payments modernization and system integration initiatives.
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams on enterprise payment transformation projects.
Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Toronto, Ontario, with a hybrid schedule requiring four days onsite per week.
- An in-person interview is required.

- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements.
- Support legacy-to-modern payment platform transformation initiatives.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and use cases.
- Support APIs, middleware, and third-party payment system integrations.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and data mapping.
- Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetings.
- Support UAT planning, test cases, defect triage, and production deployment.
- Address regulatory and compliance requirements within payment solutions.
