TALENTMATE is seeking a Guest Relation Host to deliver 5-star hospitality services in Dubai. The role involves managing meeting rooms, events, reception, and pantry services to ensure an exceptional employee and visitor experience.

Responsibilities
- Meet, greet, and guide colleagues and clients to meeting locations
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean, tidy, and ready for use with AV/VC checks
- Set up and reset meeting rooms according to booking requirements
- Manage meeting room booking system and handle reservations
- Coordinate catering, AV, and other requests for meetings and events
- Assist with event setup, dismantling, and supervision
- Provide food and beverage service for external/client suite meetings
- Manage reception desk, visitor check in, and security pass issuance
- Ensure pantry and social hub areas are clean and well stocked
- Welcome new joiners and provide orientation tours

Job Description
- Guest Relation Hosts (GRHs) are Employee Experience Ambassadors committed to providing a superior customer and employee experience.
- GRHs are the face of our Workplace and client Property team, expected to deliver a 5 star hotelier style service.
- The Guest Relation Host team is a client/hospitality service orientated function responsible for hospitality, events, reception, visitor management, pantry, meeting room management, and client suite services.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Meeting Room and Client Suite Management: ensure rooms are clean, set up appropriately, and AV/VC equipment works.
- Hospitality and Events Management: assist with event coordination, set up, dismantling, and food and beverage service.
- Reception and Visitor Management: meet and greet visitors, manage security passes, and provide information.
- Pantry and Utility Management: ensure pantry consumables are stocked and areas are clean.
- Other responsibilities: manage telephone enquiries, support desk management system, and ensure compliance with H&S processes.
