RadiantBiz Management Consultancy is based in Dubai and supports entrepreneurs, businesses, and organizations with UAE business setup and banking services.
The firm provides company formation, transaction banking, trade finance, tax advisory, bookkeeping, VAT, auditing, PRO, and visa services.
RadiantBiz serves start-ups, SMEs, corporates, and multinational companies expanding into the UAE.
Role Description
The Business Setup Consultant – Russian Speaker will support clients establishing and growing businesses in Dubai and across the UAE.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai.
The consultant will advise Russian-speaking clients on company formation, licensing, compliance, banking solutions, and market entry.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations, prepare and review documentation, and coordinate with government authorities and banks.
- Guide clients through PRO and visa processes and maintain clear, timely communication.
- Analyze business needs, develop tailored market-entry and expansion strategies, and provide accurate advice.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE regulations, financial products, and RadiantBiz services.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical, consulting, management consulting, communication, finance, organizational, and time-management skills are required or preferred as specified in the role description.
- Fluent Russian and strong English are required for client communication and documentation.
- A relevant bachelor's degree is beneficial.
- Experience in UAE company formation, government regulations, or professional services consulting is highly advantageous.
- Office software and basic CRM proficiency are beneficial.
