The consultant guides clients through business setup, licensing, documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination with government and banking partners.
The role includes client assessment, setup and expansion strategy, timeline management, feasibility analysis, and advice on legal structures and jurisdictions.
The consultant supports banking, tax, and compliance services while maintaining client relationships and collaborating with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills are needed to evaluate business requirements, market conditions, and financial implications.
- Consulting and management consulting skills are needed to design tailored strategies and advise clients.
- Excellent communication skills are needed for client, stakeholder, and authority interactions and for preparing reports and proposals.
- Finance-related skills should include understanding banking products, transaction banking, trade finance, and basic financial analysis.
- Experience in UAE business setup, corporate services, or management consulting is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, free zones, and mainland company structures is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Advanced certifications in consulting or finance are advantageous.
- Strong client-service orientation, attention to detail, and collaborative working ability are required.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through end-to-end business setup processes in the UAE.
- Coordinate licensing, documentation, regulatory compliance, and interactions with government and banking partners.
- Assess client needs and prepare tailored setup and expansion strategies.
- Manage setup timelines and help ensure smooth business launches.
- Conduct feasibility analyses for proposed business activities.
- Advise clients on appropriate legal structures and jurisdictions.
- Support clients in accessing banking, tax, and compliance services.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing advisory support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
