RadiantBiz Management Consultancy supports entrepreneurs, SMEs, corporates, and multinational organizations with business setup and advisory services in the UAE.
Services include business setup, banking support, transaction banking, trade finance, tax, VAT, bookkeeping, auditing, and PRO and visa services.
The company serves more than 5,000 clients from over 108 countries and maintains relationships with more than 30 UAE banks.
Role Description
The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role manages client relationships for business setup, banking, and advisory services in the UAE.
Core Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and expand client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and guide clients on company formation and banking solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partner banks to ensure timely service delivery.
- Monitor client accounts and follow up on documentation and compliance.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across tax, bookkeeping, VAT, auditing, and PRO and visa services.
- Prepare proposals, manage communications, and resolve client issues.
- Support business growth through lead generation, referrals, and strong client experience.
