Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Setup Consultant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, focused on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The consultant guides clients through setting up and expanding businesses in KSA, including regulatory guidance, documentation, government and banking coordination, and application tracking.
The role includes feasibility assessments, advice on legal structures and jurisdictions, banking and finance onboarding, proposals and presentations, recordkeeping, client communication, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the end-to-end process of setting up and expanding businesses in KSA.
- Explain regulatory requirements, prepare documentation, and coordinate with government and banking partners.
- Track application progress and ensure compliance with local laws and policies.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and advise on suitable legal structures and jurisdictions.
- Support banking and finance-related onboarding for clients.
- Prepare proposals and presentations and maintain accurate internal records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide timely, clear client communication.
- Contribute to process improvement and identify opportunities to enhance client experience and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for assessing client needs, evaluating regulatory requirements, and recommending suitable business structures.
- Solid consulting and management consulting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant finance knowledge covering banking products, transaction banking, trade finance, and commercial financing options in the UAE and KSA.
- Relevant experience in business setup, corporate services, or management consultancy in the GCC region is expected.
- Exposure to KSA regulations is ideally preferred.
- Knowledge of KSA company formation laws, licensing processes, and government portals is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
