Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Setup Consultant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The consultant guides clients through establishing and structuring companies in the UAE, including legal forms, jurisdictions, and licensing options.
The role includes client consultations, documentation, stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance, banking guidance, and related corporate support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations and prepare and review setup documentation.
- Coordinate with government authorities, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Advise on banking solutions, basic financial requirements, and regulatory requirements.
