Job Purpose

  • Support the planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of strategic initiatives and projects by maintaining planning frameworks, tracking performance, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and providing timely insights to support effective decision making and achievement of organizational obje

Key Accountability Areas

  • Support development and enhancement of business planning methodologies, tools, templates, and processes.
  • Maintain planning documentation, templates, and reporting tools to ensure consistency.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of planning frameworks through analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  • Support review of project schedules, business plans, and related documentation for alignment with objectives.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Monitor progress against approved plans and identify potential risks, issues, or deviations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to support timely resolution of planning and execution issues.
  • Track and report on action items, ensuring follow up and closure.
  • Facilitate effective communication and information flow among stakeholders.
  • Support governance activities by preparing reports, presentations, meeting materials, and status updates.
  • Consolidate project and business performance data from multiple sources for accurate reporting.
  • Monitor compliance with established planning processes and governance requirements.

Academic Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • Work Experience: 2 to 4 Years.
  • Technical / Functional Competencies: Business Acumen, Competitive Analysis, Strategic Planning, Trend Analysis.

Role Accountability

  • Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.
  • Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide periodic report detailing deviation and execution of planned tasks.
  • Solve any related problems and escalate complex operational issues.
  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes.
  • Coordinate well defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities.
  • Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures.
