Business Manager TV CEE (& SDA)

What you will do

• Job Responsibilities: * Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies for the TV and SDA product categories within the CEE region, aligning with global company objectives. * Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities. * Define and manage product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize profitability and market penetration. * Collaborate closely with regional sales managers to set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide necessary support and training. * Manage relationships with key distributors, retailers, and other partners in the CEE market. * Prepare and present regular business reviews, sales forecasts, and market reports to senior management. * Oversee budget management for the TV and SDA categories, ensuring efficient resource allocation. * Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and availability. * Travel extensively within the CEE region to support sales activities, conduct market visits, and build relationships.
• What you need to succeed
• Job Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. * Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a business development, product management, or sales management role within the consumer electronics or home appliance industry. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth, specifically within the CEE region. * Strong understanding of the TV (additionally valued experience in Small Domestic Appliance) market dynamics, including product trends, distribution channels, and consumer behavior in CEE. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more CEE languages (e.g., Polish, Russian, Czech, Romanian) is a significant advantage. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. * Willingness to travel frequently within the CEE region.
