Essential Responsibilities
Reviews and analyzes customer credit information, including external credit reports, bank references, financial statements, lien rights, and other security instruments, using established guidelines to support recommendations for open account credit lines for Retail and Contract customers.
Communicates with Retail and Contract Sales teams and customers to obtain required information, explain credit requirements, and support the establishment and ongoing review of customer accounts.
Collects, reviews, and validates customer information to ensure required documentation is complete and accurate, and performs foundational credit analysis in collaboration with the Risk Manager to support credit line decisions.
Performs established Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of due diligence activities for new and existing Retail and Contract customers, accurately documenting results and escalating exceptions as appropriate.
Researches and screens potential Anti-Money Laundering (AML) red flags in accordance with established procedures, documenting findings and escalating concerns to the appropriate team members for review and resolution.
Performs routine and order-related credit reviews to assess customer credit line capacity, identify potential credit issues, and support timely resolution of credit-related order constraints.
Uses established tools, reports, and metrics to monitor assigned customer accounts, identifying trends, discrepancies, or potential credit concerns and escalating issues in accordance with established guidelines.
Develops working knowledge of Oracle ERP functionality and related processes and collaborates with Shared Services, Retail and Contract Sales, and other teams to accurately complete credit-related activities and resolve routine issues.
Provides support to the reporting Manager and may serve as a backup for routine workflow coordination or team training activities as needed, following established processes and guidance.

Operational Execution: Performs recurring finance tasks such as journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations with a strong focus on data accuracy, completeness, and meeting process deadlines.
Business Partnership: Collaborates with cross-functional partners to understand operational needs and provide accurate financial data support, ensuring alignment with shared objectives and flagging potential discrepancies.
Controllership & Risk Management: Adheres to established compliance protocols by accurately executing routine control activities, contributing to audit readiness, and escalating issues that may impact financial integrity.
Preferred Competencies
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Working knowledge of Oracle ERP.
Educational and Experiential Background
Holds a University Degree or equivalent experience (less than 2 years), reflecting a foundational understanding of the field.
Working Conditions & Travel Requirements
Working conditions are typical for an office environment.
