Responsibilities
- Receives phone calls and answers inquiries as necessary
- Assists in the processing of required paperwork
- Organizes and administers the schedule/activities of the section
- Liaises with Contract Management/Services Departments regarding required patient contracts and other business documents
- Assists in ensuring all changes and development in payer requirements are clear and notified to concerned parties
- Coordinates with Financial Services and Medical Affairs to pursue services required for operation of contracted patients
- Assists in reviewing and follows up admission, discharge, and/or appointments reports to ensure proper workflow
- Follows all Hospital's related Policies and Procedures
- Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Overview
- Responsible for providing the necessary administrative support and coordination for Business Management section.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Receives phone calls and answers inquiries as necessary.
- Assists in the processing of required paperwork. Completes forms submitted or requested to the section, as assigned.
- Organizes and administers the schedule/activities of the section.
- Liaises with Contract Management/ Services Departments regarding required patient s contracts and other business documents as assigned.
- Assists in ensuring all changes and development in payer requirements are clear and notified to the concerned parties, as assigned.
- Coordinates with Financial Services and Medical Affairs in the Hospital to pursue services required for the operation of the contracted patients, as required.
- Assists in reviewing and follows up admission, discharge, and/or appointments reports, to ensure proper workflow within the section.
- Follows all Hospital s related Policies and Procedures.
