- Identify, approach, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs) across the MENA region and globally
- Acquire new retail trading clients through targeted outreach, networking events, referrals, and digital channels
- Develop and execute a personal business development plan aligned with monthly and quarterly deposit targets
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing IBs, ensuring ongoing engagement, retention, and revenue growth
- Design and deliver engaging training programmes for IBs, retail clients, and internal staff
- Conduct regular one to one and group coaching sessions to improve partner performance
- Create clear, compelling training materials including presentations, videos, guides, and webinars
- Meet and exceed agreed KPIs including new IB activations, retail client acquisitions, and net deposit volumes
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within forex, CFDs, or related financial services
- Demonstrable track record of acquiring and managing IB relationships or similar partner networks
- Experience in delivering training, presentations, or educational content to professional audiences
- Solid understanding of forex and CFD products, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and regulatory landscape in MENA
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic, Hindi or Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage

Role Overview
- We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Trainer to join our Dubai team.
- This is a hybrid role that sits at the heart of our growth strategy — combining hands on business development with structured training and partner enablement.
- You will be responsible for expanding our network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), acquiring new retail trading clients, and hitting meaningful deposit targets — all while coaching and upskilling partners to maximize their own performance.
- You will work closely with senior leadership and cross functional teams, giving you broad visibility and real influence over outcomes.
- This role is ideal for someone who has a background in forex or financial services, understands how IBs and affiliates operate, and has the communication skills to educate, inspire, and convert.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs) across the MENA region and globally, building a productive and loyal partner network.
- Acquire new retail trading clients through targeted outreach, networking events, referrals, and digital channels.
- Develop and execute a personal business development plan aligned with monthly and quarterly deposit targets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing IBs, ensuring ongoing engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and promotional activities tailored to the Dubai and wider MENA market.
- Design and deliver engaging training programmes for IBs, retail clients, and internal staff covering trading platforms, product offerings, and market fundamentals.
- Conduct regular one to one and group coaching sessions to improve partner performance and deepen product knowledge.
- Create clear, compelling training materials — including presentations, videos, guides, and webinars — that reflect EC Markets' brand and standards.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the partner network and develop targeted content to address them.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant.
- Meet and exceed agreed KPIs including new IB activations, retail client acquisitions, and net deposit volumes.
- Maintain accurate records of all business development activity and partner interactions in the CRM system.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within forex, CFDs, or a related financial services environment.
- Demonstrable track record of acquiring and managing IB relationships or similar partner networks.
- Experience in delivering training, presentations, or educational content to professional audiences.
- Solid understanding of forex and CFD products, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and the regulatory landscape in the MENA region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
Skills & Competencies
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills — you can build rapport quickly and explain complex topics simply.
- Strong commercial instinct with the ability to spot opportunities, overcome objections, and close partnerships.
- Self motivated and target driven, with the resilience to work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic, Hindi or Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements and AML regulations relevant to financial services in the UAE.
