- Identify, recruit, and onboard high value Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates across the UAE and MENA region
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of retail clients, converting leads into active, funded trading accounts
- Drive targeted deposit growth by developing tailored acquisition strategies for both IBs and direct retail customers
- Cultivate and maintain long term relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Attend industry events, expos, and networking forums (e.g. iFX EXPO) to represent EC Markets and expand the partner network
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create localized campaigns, promotional materials, and partner incentive programmes
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends across the MENA region, providing actionable insights to leadership
- Track and report on KPIs including new IBs onboarded, active client accounts, deposit volumes, and revenue generated
- Work closely with compliance and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth and regulation compliant partner experience
Requirements
- 3–7 years of business development or sales experience within Forex/CFD brokerage or fintech
- Proven track record of recruiting and managing IB/affiliate networks in the UAE or MENA market
- Existing network of IBs, money managers, or retail clients in the region is a strong advantage
- Deep understanding of CFD products — Forex, indices, commodities, and equities
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks (DFSA, DMCC) and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
- Fluency in English is required; Hindi, Arabic language skills are highly desirable
- Self motivated, target driven, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast paced environment

Role Overview
- We are seeking a driven and well networked Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth across the UAE and wider MENA markets.
- This is a high impact, commercially focused role where you will own the full cycle of partner and client acquisition — from identifying and onboarding Introducing Brokers and affiliates to growing our retail customer base and driving targeted deposit volumes.
