Role overview
Infobip is hiring a Business Development Representative to serve as an initial contact for prospective customers.
The role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, sales pipeline development, and long-term commercial growth.
Responsibilities
- Engage prospective customers through phone, email, social media, and digital channels to generate qualified meetings.
- Identify customer segments, business needs, and verticals, then route opportunities to the appropriate sales team.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and channel teams using account-based sales and campaign-driven pipeline generation.
- Build knowledge of Infobip solutions and their relevance to customer business challenges.
- Maintain forecasting and track activities against weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
- Use Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo for prospecting activity management and data quality.
- Qualify inbound leads and support regional lead management activities when required.
- Participate in training, coaching, and feedback sessions to develop sales and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Eligible to participate in the Tamheer program and fulfill all program requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Business, or a related field.
