The Business Development Representative is the first point of contact for prospective clients.
The role identifies new business opportunities, researches prospects, builds relationships, and supports revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Research target markets and build a reliable pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct personalized cold calls and high-volume outbound activity with key decision-makers.
- Use consultative discovery to uncover global hiring and compliance pain points.
- Engage prospects through phone, email, and social media.
- Handle objections and present value-driven solutions.
- Craft messages and secure introductory meetings.
- Coordinate appointments and demos for account executives or sales managers.
- Maintain accurate lead records and progress in the CRM system.
- Work toward daily outreach targets and monthly pipeline goals.
