About the role
The role will build RemotePass's channel partnerships function as partnerships become a major source of new pipeline.
The manager will identify valuable partner types, recruit and sign partners, and ensure the resulting pipeline is measurable and converting.
This is a hands-on role involving target-list building, outbound outreach, meetings, negotiations, and close collaboration with sales and leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and sign new channel partners in priority segments.
- Review existing partner relationships and decide which to invest in, revive, or close.
- Help design referral and reseller terms, fee levels, partner tiers, deal registration, and rules of engagement with direct sales.
- Establish channel priorities and report on performance monthly with the rigour of a sales forecast.
- Design and deliver onboarding and enablement for new partners.
