Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Business Development Manager (Cybersecurity Sales) with mandatory experience in selling cybersecurity services and solutions in the Dubai market.
  • The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in IT/cybersecurity sales, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic client engagement and consultative selling.
  • The candidate should have proven experience in managing enterprise accounts, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen long term relationships with existing clients; generate additional revenue through upselling and cross selling.
  • New Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers within the Dubai region; develop a strong sales pipeline.
  • Cybersecurity Solution Selling: Understand customer cybersecurity challenges and recommend suitable solutions; promote and sell cybersecurity offerings including managed security services, VAPT, SOC, cloud security, GRC, and compliance.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Client Presentations & Proposal Management: Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations.
  • Industry & Product Knowledge: Maintain updated knowledge of cybersecurity trends and competitor offerings.
  • Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of mandatory experience in cybersecurity/IT sales.
  • Mandatory experience in cybersecurity sales within the Dubai/UAE market.
  • Proven track record in selling cybersecurity services and IT security solutions.
  • Experience handling enterprise and government clients is preferred.
  • Strong network and client relationships within the Dubai region will be an added advantage.
