Role Overview
Drive business growth in Saudi Arabia for a corporate learning and consultancy provider.
Develop strategic client relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver consultative learning solutions.
Manage enterprise-level clients and use an established Saudi market network to support growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage strategic corporate accounts across Saudi Arabia.
- Generate new business through networking, market intelligence, and existing relationships.
- Build relationships with HR, L&D, talent management, and other decision-makers.
- Assess client learning needs and recommend customized training solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution recommendations aligned with client objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and business development targets.
- Expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
- Promote digital learning and e-learning solutions.
Candidate Profile
- 5–10+ years of experience in business development, corporate training sales, learning solutions, executive education, or L&D consulting.
