About the Role
Full-time Logistics Operations Supervisor role based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Work with an appointed 3PL provider for a leading international food business.
Oversee food imports, customs clearance, warehousing, inventory, storage, outbound transportation, deliveries, and re-export activities.
Operational Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operational contact with the 3PL provider and coordinate warehouse, customs, transportation, delivery, and logistics activities.
- Coordinate inbound food shipments from arrival through customs clearance, receipt, and put-away.
- Supervise warehouse and cold-chain operations, including receiving, storage, stock segregation, picking, loading, and dispatch.
- Maintain inventory control and reconcile physical and 3PL inventory against company records.
- Monitor batch and lot details, production and expiry dates, stock condition, and FEFO/FIFO requirements.
- Coordinate sales orders, outbound transportation, final-customer deliveries, proof of delivery, and delivery exceptions.
- Coordinate re-export activities and related warehouse, transportation, customs, and shipping documentation.
Reporting and Compliance
- Review customs, shipment, invoice, storage, clearance, and transportation documentation.
