About the Role
A multinational company in building envelope solutions is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager for its UAE commercial operations.
The role is based in Dubai, UAE, and focuses on profitable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the UAE commercial strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead and develop sales, pre-sales, and commercial teams.
- Build relationships with developers, architects, façade consultants, contractors, fabricators, and strategic accounts.
- Drive major project opportunities, specification activity, strategic accounts, and framework agreements.
- Lead senior-level negotiations, pricing, contracts, and commercial risk management.
- Drive early-stage project engagement and maintain a strong project pipeline.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, CRM adoption, payment terms, and receivables management.
- Monitor market and competitor trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
