Job Summary

  • Seeking a proactive and results driven Business Development Manager to lead partnerships, expand market presence, and build long term client relationships.
  • Role central to growing network within the real estate sector and securing strategic collaborations.

What will you be doing?

  • Establish and maintain communication with companies and institutions to explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Develop long term business partnerships that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Represent the company at events and exhibitions to strengthen its business network.
  • Conduct field sales by establishing partnerships with real estate companies and developers.
  • Deliver business proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients to ensure long term cooperation.
  • Schedule and organize daily meetings with potential partners.
  • Present the company in a professional manner that highlights its value proposition.
  • Prepare follow up reports on new and closed opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on performance, contracts, and partnerships.
  • Monitor and track the achievement of monthly and annual objectives.

You're a perfect match if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in B2B sales, outdoor sales, and business development.
  • Experience in the fintech, proptech, or real estate sector is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities.
