Job Summary
- As a **People Operations Intern**, you are the backbone of the "employee journey." Your mission is to support the HR team in creating a seamless, welcoming, and high-functioning workplace environment.
- You will act as a key point of contact for both prospective candidates and current team members, ensuring that the administrative "engine" of the company runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of culture and care.
- What will you be doing?
- **Talent Coordination:** Acting as a "Candidate Experience Ambassador" by scheduling interviews and ensuring clear, professional communication throughout the hiring process.
- **Employee Lifecycle Support:** Managing the critical "first and last impressions" of the company by assisting with smooth onboarding for new hires and structured offboarding for departing team members.
- **Data Stewardship:** Maintaining the integrity of HR databases and employee records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Culture Building:** Helping to design and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal events that make the office (or remote workspace) a great place to be.
- **Policy Development:** Contributing to the creation and refinement of HR documentation and policies that help the organization scale effectively.
- You're a perfect match if you have
- **Academic Foundation:** Currently pursuing a degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology**, or a related field.
- **Exceptional Interpersonal Skills:** You are a "people person" who communicates with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- **The "Vault" Mentality:** A high level of discretion and the maturity to handle sensitive, confidential information with total integrity.
- **Organizational Mastery:** The ability to juggle multiple tasks—from complex interview schedules to data entry—without letting anything fall through the cracks.
- **Tech-Savviness:** Familiarity with HR tools or **Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)** is a major bonus, but a quick ability to learn new software is essential.
