Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive, results driven Sr. Corporate Sales Specialist to spearhead our employer partnership channel.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for pitching and closing B2B deals with corporate employers so they can offer Rize’s innovative rent now pay later product as an elite employee benefit.
  • The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in B2B sales, outdoor/field sales, and account management, with specific experience navigating corporate HR departments and C suite decision makers.

Employer Partnerships & B2B Acquisition

  • Target & Acquire: Identify, pitch, and close B2B deals with companies, institutions, and large employers to integrate Rize as a corporate employee benefit.
  • HR Engagement: Connect and build deep relationships with Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), HR Directors, and Employee Benefits Managers to position Rize as a tool for talent retention and financial wellness.
  • End to End Sales: Deliver compelling business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, navigate corporate procurement, and close partnership contracts.

Account Management & Growth

  • Onboarding & Activation: Work closely with partner HR teams to successfully launch Rize to their employees through internal marketing, webinars, or corporate events.
  • Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure long term cooperation and maximum employee adoption.
  • Network Representation: Represent Rize at HR conferences, corporate wellness events, and exhibitions to expand our B2B network.

Meeting & Pipeline Management

  • Active Prospecting: Schedule, organize, and conduct daily field/outdoor meetings with potential corporate partners across Riyadh.
  • Value Proposition: Present Rize in a highly professional and credible manner, tailoring the value proposition to solve employer challenges (e.g., employee financial stress, retention).

Reporting & Analysis

  • Performance Tracking: Prepare regular pipeline, contract, and partnership performance reports.
  • Goal Achievement: Monitor, track, and consistently hit monthly and annual B2B acquisition targets.

You're a perfect match if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or business development.
  • Proven track record of selling services/products directly to HR departments or corporate executive teams.
  • Strong background in account management to ensure post sale success and adoption.
  • Experience in FinTech, PropTech, SaaS, or Corporate Insurance/Benefits is a major plus.
