Proven track record in a BDM or senior sales role within midscale/upscale hotels, convention venues, or hospitality sales, with direct experience in MICE and Groups.
Exceptional prospecting, negotiation, and closing capabilities with a self-driven approach to achieving revenue targets.
Strong understanding of the Perth CBD corporate and conference landscape, local event managers, and PCO (Professional Conference Organiser) networks.
Outstanding interpersonal, pitch, and presentation skills tailored to corporate bookers and event decision-makers.
Hands-on experience with hotel management systems and CRMs
- Attractive full-time salary package
- Generous discounted accommodation and dining rates worldwide through the ALL Heartist employee benefits program.
- Clear progression paths and professional development opportunities within Accor’s expansive regional and global hotel network.
