Business Development Manager - Medical, Motor, General lines
About The Role
We are Seeking motivated Business Development Managers - Medical, Motor, General lines to support business growth in the insurance sector in both Dubai & Abu Dhabi locations.
The role focuses on acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, and promoting insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell insurance products (health, motor, life, property, etc.).
- Manage client relationships and handle renewals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic documentation.
- Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
- Candidate with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in sales of Medical, Motor, General lines preferred.
