- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with real estate agencies, wealth management firms, family offices, and other referral partners
- Stay updated on global residency, citizenship by investment, and real estate investment programs
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
- Build and manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate clients
- Conduct client consultations and present investment migration and residency solutions
- Drive revenue growth by achieving individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from lead generation to deal closure
Requirements
- Experience in business development within investment migration or related field
- Knowledge of global residency and citizenship by investment programs
- Strong network with real estate agencies, wealth management firms, and family offices
- Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets
- Excellent client consultation and presentation skills
