About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives in Jeddah.
The role will focus on acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and positioning the company as a trusted partner within the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups across Saudi Arabia
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, operators, and key decision-makers
- Promote hospitality solutions, including technology, consulting, and operational services
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Conduct market research on Saudi hospitality trends, competitors, and client needs
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry or hospitality solutions/technology
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabia hospitality market
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
- Pay range and compensation package
