Taj HR is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Events.
The role focuses on business development and client acquisition across the UAE events, exhibitions, advertising, and marketing sectors.
The successful candidate should have established relationships across government, semi-government, corporate, and private sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify UAE business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and provide regular reports.
- Monitor UAE events market trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with account management, creative, and operations teams on project delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of business development or sales experience in events, exhibitions, advertising, or marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market and events business landscape.
