Taj HR is seeking an experienced Event Account Manager to manage client relationships and coordinate event projects from initial brief through execution.
The role focuses on client servicing, project delivery, account growth, and performance against targets and KPIs.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Translate client requirements into effective creative briefs.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and deliverables.
- Work toward agreed targets and KPIs.
- Grow existing client accounts and generate additional business.
- Serve as the main contact between clients and the project team.
Candidate requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, events, advertising, or marketing.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the UAE events or marketing industry.
- Proven experience managing clients and projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Target- and KPI-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Must currently be based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
- UAE market experience is highly preferred.
