Job Title: Business Development Manager – Coffee Division (UAE & GCC)

Full-time \| Permanent Role

We are a growing green coffee importer, trader, and direct origin exporter supplying commercial, premium, and specialty coffee across the UAE and GCC markets.

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager with strong market connections and relationship-building capabilities within the Gulf coffee and HoReCa industry.

Location

UAE (Field-based role with regular travel across the Emirates and GCC)

Role Overview

  • This is a highly commercial and relationship-driven role focused on business development, client acquisition, and market expansion within the UAE and GCC coffee industry.
  • We are looking for someone with:
  • Strong business development and sales capabilities
  • Existing network within the Gulf coffee market
  • Experience working with HoReCa, FMCG, coffee, or beverage industries
  • Strong relationships with roasters, café groups, distributors, hotels, restaurants, and hospitality buyers
  • Passion for building long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth

Business Development & Sales

  • Drive sales growth across UAE and GCC markets
  • Identify and onboard new clients including:
  • Coffee roasters
  • Café chains & specialty cafés
  • HoReCa groups
  • FMCG distributors
  • Hotels & restaurants
  • Traders and wholesalers
  • Develop strategic partnerships and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions
  • Expand the company’s market presence within the Gulf region

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain a strong industry network across UAE and GCC
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner to clients
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Support clients with product recommendations, sourcing solutions, and market updates

Market & Brand Development

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, coffee events, networking forums, and industry conferences
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand
  • Strengthen company positioning within the regional coffee and beverage market

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate shipment timelines, deliveries, and client communication

Required Experience

  • 3–7 years of experience in:
  • Coffee industry
  • HoReCa
  • FMCG
  • Beverage distribution
  • Food & beverage business development
  • Strong network and existing industry relationships within UAE/GCC
  • Proven track record in business development and revenue generation
  • Experience managing B2B accounts and commercial negotiations
  • UAE driving license is mandatory

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong business development and networking skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities
  • Understanding of coffee market and specialty coffee industry is a strong advantage

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Coffee certifications or industry training would be an added advantage
