Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Manager to join our real estate development team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with real estate brokerages and agents, expanding the company’s broker network, and driving sales opportunities through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard real estate brokerages and property consultants.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms across Dubai and UAE market.
  • Organize meetings, presentations, and project briefings with brokers and agencies.
  • Promote company projects and ensure brokers are updated on launches, pricing, and incentives.
  • Generate qualified sales leads through broker partnerships and networking activities.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize project exposure.
  • Attend property exhibitions, networking events, and industry gatherings.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and maintain brokerage agreements.
  • Track brokerage performance and prepare regular business development reports.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development within the UAE real estate industry.
  • Strong network of real estate brokers and agencies in Dubai.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and developer-broker relationships.
