About the Role
We are seeking a creative Multimedia Graphic Designer with luxury real estate experience to join our marketing team in Dubai. You will create high-impact project marketing assets, digital campaigns, motion graphics, and event visuals.

Responsibilities
- Create high impact luxury brochures, fact sheets and investment presentations
- Design floorplan visuals and masterplan layouts that feel premium and intuitive
- Produce sales center graphics, site hoardings and launch materials
- Create scroll stopping social creatives and animated posts
- Design campaign visuals and ad creatives
- Create website banners, landing page visuals, and whatsapp designs
- Produce cinematic edits of drone footage and event highlights
- Create motion graphics for project videos (conceptual & asset driven)
- Design animated presentations for investor showcases
- Design invitation designs and launch event visuals
- Create LED screen content and stage backdrops
- Design exhibition stand graphics
Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience (luxury real estate background is essential)
- A portfolio that proves you understand luxury project marketing
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- After Effects / Premiere Pro for motion and video editing
- Confident using AI design tools to ideate, visualize, and enhance output
- Deep understanding of luxury visual language and architectural storytelling
