Overview

  • The Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding the company's market presence by developing and maintaining strong relationships with real estate brokerage firms, agents, channel partners, and other industry stakeholders.
  • The role focuses on generating qualified leads, increasing project exposure, securing strategic partnerships, and driving sales opportunities for the company's real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokerage firms, property consultants, and independent brokers.
  • Identify and onboard new broker partners and channel agencies to promote the company's projects.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and networking activities to strengthen business relationships.
  • Promote the company's residential and commercial developments to broker networks.
  • Organize broker events, project launches, site visits, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Ensure brokers receive timely updates on project information, pricing, availability, and promotional campaigns.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for brokers and agency partners, providing ongoing support and resolving inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop campaigns that increase broker engagement and project visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and broker feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and collaboration agreements in line with company policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on broker performance, lead generation, partnership activities, and sales pipeline.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to expand the company's professional network.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or broker relationship management within the UAE real estate industry.
  • Strong network of real estate brokers, agencies, and channel partners in the UAE is highly preferred.

  • Excellent relationship building and networking skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Sales driven with a customer focused approach.
  • In depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
  • Ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
