Role Overview
- This is a senior relationship management role for an ultra prime real estate project.
- The debut project OYSTRA is designed by Zaha Hadid Architects on Al Marjan Island.
- Features 800+ residences, waterfront villas, sky penthouses, and the island's first 360° infinity pool.
Who we're looking for
- Someone who has managed ultra high net worth client books not just closed deals, but curated long term trust.
- Background in ultra prime real estate developer.
- Proven experience working directly with brokerages conducting presentations, leading project introductions, and building collaborative sales channels.
- The ability to sell scarcity, not square footage because OYSTRA is a legacy asset.
