- Lead and support the full bid lifecycle including strategy, pricing, win themes, and submissions
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key UAE government and defense stakeholders
- Convert market intelligence into actionable opportunity strategy
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development experience in defense, aerospace, security, or adjacent sectors
- Proven track record engaging UAE defense or procurement entities at a senior level
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management ability
- Experience managing complex, multi stakeholder bids and procurement processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

About the Role
