- Promote IT outsourcing services including managed IT services, staffing, software development, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and technical support
- Promote Non IT outsourcing services including manpower supply, administration, customer service, logistics, drivers, facility management, and support staff
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and client visits
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Negotiate contracts and close new business
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross selling and upselling
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM system
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3–5 years of proven business development experience in Qatar, preferably in IT or manpower outsourcing
- Valid Qatar Driving Licence (preferred)
- Existing network of corporate and government clients in Qatar is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

Qualifications
