Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Qatar.
  • Promote IT outsourcing services including managed IT services, staffing, software development, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and technical support.
  • Promote Non IT outsourcing services including manpower supply, administration, customer service, logistics, drivers, facility management, and support staff.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and client visits.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross selling and upselling.
  • Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven business development experience in Qatar, preferably in IT or manpower outsourcing.
  • Valid Qatar Driving Licence (preferred).
  • Existing network of corporate and government clients in Qatar is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
