Responsibilities
- Drive cybersecurity sales and business development initiatives across the UAE market
- Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities and sales leads
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with enterprise and government customers
- Understand customer requirements and position relevant cybersecurity solutions and services effectively
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation through successful closure
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial submissions
- Achieve assigned revenue and sales targets
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong customer engagement while driving account growth and retention
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- 5–15 years of experience in sales and business development
- Strong experience within the UAE market is mandatory
- Experience in cybersecurity sales or IT security solutions
- Good understanding of cybersecurity services and technologies
- Strong network within enterprise and government sectors across the UAE
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and business opportunities simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred

Role Overview
