- Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and documentation
- Collaborate with IT, Security, Risk, Compliance, HR, and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field
- 7–10 years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration, preferably in banking or financial services
- Experience with IGA solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID Governance, or Oracle Identity Governance
- Strong knowledge of RBAC, SoD, identity lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance

Role Purpose
- Support the design and implementation of the Bank's Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) framework, ensuring identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance processes align with regulatory requirements and the Bank's security and risk framework.
