About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ARCON PAM Consultant for a remote contract role in the UAE. You will design, implement, and administer ARCON Privileged Access Management solutions, manage privileged accounts, and integrate with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and administer ARCON Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions in enterprise environments
- Manage privileged account onboarding, password vaulting, password rotation, privileged session management, and access policies
- Integrate ARCON PAM with Active Directory, LDAP, Windows/Linux servers, databases, and enterprise applications
- Perform installation, upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, health checks, and provide operational support for the PAM environment
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting and generate audit/compliance reports
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement PAM best practices and ensure secure privileged access management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ARCON PAM or similar PAM solutions
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Windows/Linux servers, databases, and enterprise applications
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting
- Knowledge of privileged account onboarding, password vaulting, rotation, session management, and access policies
- Ability to perform installation, upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, and health checks for PAM environment
