- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across warehousing and distribution services
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients within target markets
- Conduct needs analysis of client supply chains and propose suitable 3PL solutions
- Provide presales consultation on technical and operational logistics requirements
- Prepare and deliver high quality commercial and technical proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in line with company objectives
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
- Collaborate with operations, finance and senior management to ensure solution feasibility
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to support long term business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- 6–8 years of experience in business development or sales within the 3PL / contract logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and supply chain operations
- Proven experience in contract logistics sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in B2B sectors such as metals, FMCG, oil & gas equipment, retail, etc.
- Experience in preparing and presenting commercial and technical proposals to corporate clients
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong command of English; additional regional languages are an advantage

Role Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager – Contract Logistics to drive growth across our clients 3PL (third party logistics) business.
- The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships and delivering tailored logistics solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance supply chain performance.
- You will act as a consultative sales professional, working closely with prospects to understand their logistics needs and design competitive warehousing and distribution solutions.
- The role covers the UAE and wider Middle East region, with a strong focus on achieving revenue and growth targets.
