- Drive new business acquisition across staffing, manpower outsourcing, and EOR services.
- Identify and pursue opportunities within government and semi government entities across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
- Generate leads, secure meetings, and convert opportunities into awarded business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, including procurement, HR, and operational stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development through to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate closely with bidding and commercial teams on tenders, RFPs, and client proposals.
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client procurement cycles to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
- Ensure solutions align with UAE labor laws, outsourcing regulations, and workforce compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of direct UAE experience in business development within manpower supply, staffing, outsourcing, and/or Employer of Record (EOR) services.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Strong network and existing relationships within government and semi government entities in Abu Dhabi.
- Demonstrated success in selling workforce solutions, outsourcing services, and manpower solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing key accounts and driving account growth.
- Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, outsourcing models, and workforce compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE. Employment Type: Full Time. Work Model: Monday Friday, 9 AM 6 PM.

- UAE experience is mandatory.
- Government and semi government sector exposure is mandatory.

- Candidate must currently be managing an active sales portfolio in Abu Dhabi.
