Role Overview
KinzaHR is hiring a commercially driven Business Development Executive / Manager for staffing and recruitment services in Dubai, UAE.
The role develops new corporate clients and grows revenue within one assigned service line.
The assigned service will be either Permanent Recruitment or Visa Outsourcing, based on business requirements.
Location and Employment
- Location: Dubai, UAE.
- Employment type: Full-Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients across the UAE.
- Build relationships with HR, talent acquisition, procurement, and business decision-makers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, market research, and existing relationships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Maintain the sales pipeline, forecasts, CRM activity, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to support service delivery and account growth.
