Supply Chain Executive (Chinese Speaker)

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Process intercompany purchase orders in SAP and verify price, quantity, delivery terms, and Incoterms.
• Follow up on open purchase orders to monitor production status and shipment readiness.
• Identify delays, shortages, MOQ constraints, and other supply risks, then implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and group companies to maintain efficient order flow.
• Collect Sales demand inputs and support forecast-driven purchasing.
• Translate sales forecasts into purchase plans and monitor demand versus supply.
• Track forecast variances and escalate potential concerns in advance.
• Support S&OP discussions and align demand and supply plans.
• Report on purchase order status, delays, and supply risks.

Skills and Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP procurement processes.
• Strong understanding of procurement and foundational demand planning.
• Strong supplier follow-up discipline and ability to drive actions to closure.
• Ability to assess priorities and respond with appropriate urgency.
• Experience supporting S&OP or forecast coordination is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications and Experience

• Fluent in Chinese or Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Two to five years of relevant procurement and/or supply chain experience.
• Experience in intercompany procurement and SAP is preferred.
• Experience in a multinational environment is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
