- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and source real estate investment and expansion opportunities
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform long term strategic planning
- Build and manage relationships with clients, landowners, investors, brokers, funds, developers, and partners
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements, partnerships, acquisitions, and investment deals
- Drive revenue growth plans and support sales teams in achieving targets while tracking KPIs
- Prepare feasibility studies and investment opportunity reports
- Source and evaluate land plots and investment sites; negotiate acquisition and partnership deals through completion
- Build financial models (DCF) and assess IRR, NPV, cash flows, expected returns, and sensitivity analyses
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, sales) to support project development and monitor progress
- Identify investment and operational risks and develop mitigation plans
- Prepare and manage the business development budget and oversee execution of initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate Management, Finance, Investment, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in real estate development, business development, real estate investments, or project management
- Proven track record in sourcing, evaluating, and closing real estate investment opportunities
- Experience preparing feasibility studies and building or reviewing financial models for real estate investments
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for investment presentations
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English
- Valid driving license in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of the real estate development and investment sector
