Location

Experience and Industry
- 3–5 years of proven business development or sales experience in the UAE interior fit-out or interior design industry.
- Strong experience with turnkey interior projects and commercial projects.
- Exposure to commercial real estate is an advantage.
Market and Client Network
- An established client network and strong relationships within the UAE fit-out market.
- A proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and project generation.
- Good understanding of the UAE fit-out and construction market.
Core Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Preferred Background
- Candidates with networks of developers, consultants, contractors, architects, designers, and corporate clients are preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice are preferred.
Role Focus
- Develop business, acquire clients, and generate projects for the interior fit-out business.
- Build relationships with relevant stakeholders in the UAE fit-out market.
