Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the company's HoReCa customer base across the UAE, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and food service businesses
- Identify new business opportunities while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients
- Promote and sell the company's seafood product portfolio, ensuring sales targets are achieved
- Leverage existing network and market knowledge to generate new leads and close business opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations to secure long term partnerships
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and excellent customer service
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account development plans
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or HoReCa Sales Executive in the UAE
- Strong background in seafood product sales is mandatory
- Existing portfolio of HoReCa clients and strong market network within the UAE
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills
- Target driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
